Biography
Hiroki Nishikawa received his B.E., M.E. and D.E. (Ph.D. Dr.-Ing) degrees from Ritsumeikan University in 2018, 2020 and 2022, respectively. In 2022, he joined Information Systems Synthesis Group, Graduate School of Information Science and Technology, Osaka University (The University of Osaka at present) as assistant professor, and he works for the group as of today. He experienced a visiting researcher at Technische Universtät München in 2018 hosted by Prof. Dr. Samarjit Chakraborty and at Technische Universität Berlin in 2022-2023 hosted by Prof. Dr. Dietmar Gölich and Prof. Dr. Sangyoung Park. He also became visiting researcher both in Ritsumeikan University and D3 Center in The University of Osaka in 2023 and 2024, respectively. Currently, his research interests include system-level design automation methodologies for embedded systems, design methodologies for cyber-physical systems, and so on. He is a member of IEEE CASS with CEDA, IEICE and IPSJ.
