Minibus Traffic Regulations

Minibuses can only travel at 50 mph on Class A roads. Dual carriageways have a speed limit of 50 mph. Minibuses can travel at 70 mph on motorways. However, all minibuses manufactured after 2007 must install governors that limit the maximum speed to 62 MPH. All passengers must wear seat belts at all times.
