1 year contract on behalf of Ursus to design, program, and, create a VR simulator to train in the maintenance of GA made military equipment. The contract placed me solely responsible, as a one-man department, for the creation of a VR simulator proof-of-concept which was successfully created and presented at numerous military institutions (including but not limited to the USA Pentagon) to represent General Atomics. All animation, 3d design, technical and environmental art, instructional design, C++ programming, Unreal Engine virtual production, and VR telemetry was done personally from scratch. My time there earned me “Most Valuable Player” employee of the month for Nov.
VR simulation is not made available to the public but facilitated screenings can be arranged under supervision
As an Unreal Engine developer, I worked as part of Sony's Research and Development team to help refine Mocopi and prepare an interactive demo for Sony's booth at CES 2023. I expanded this demo as a case for virtual production with incorporated facial capture and virtual camera implementation.
I was further involved in the creation of an Unreal Engine plugin for Mocopi

As a demonstration of a new approach to fighting games- focusing on a single dimension of movement and an overhaul of the block system- Equinox was built in a single month and launched on Steam in August of 2022. This was created as a portfolio project to show off my abilities as an all-in-one developer that understands all parts of production.

Built in Unity, I was put in charge of creating a racing game to integrate with the company's NFT marketplace. Together the game amounts to NFT horseracing and auction house for 3D car model NFTs. This contract gave me experience with Unity, Azure netcode, and web3 integration.

Project M is an unofficial fan modification of Super Smash Brothers. Made by myself and numerous other fans, we collaborated every day after school for years to make the game we were given- Smash Brawl- into the game we deserved; a true sequel to Smash Bros Melee. The project got so popular it was featured at the world fighting game tournament, EVO 2014-2019. I left the project in college but it continues to live on (now under the title Project+).

In this game my indie game studio, Salamander Studios, integrated traditional 2D platformer mechanics with algebra practice and inductive drag-and-drop puzzles. This served to not only get the player to discover the origins of algebra as a way to complete construction projects, but also to shed light on an African mathematician who does not get enough love: Ahmes, the inventor of Algebra

In this game my indie game studio, Salamander Studios, combined FPS gameplay with a dialogue tree narrative system to teach the history of the Aztec Eagles, Mexico's 201st division who played a decisive role in WW2. Combining gameplay and content knowledge that is immediately relevant to teenage school-going primary demographic, our hopes is to convince Mexican highschoolers to take their studies seriously, as their people had a role in the fight as well
Game is available for Steam and Nintendo Switch:

Panik at le Disco was a semifinalist in the 2020 DG Game Jam, wherein I was challenged to make a game based on 70s disco in a single week. The game is a Rhythm Action game where you get different attacks depending if you attack along with the beat of the music or not. The game was unfinished but I learned a lot from the experience.
