 The HipKNOTic Design mission is to nurture and empower spiritual evolution by harmonizing elements found on Mother Earth to attract and awaken a healing connection within dwellings where individuals spend most of their time.

HipKNOTic Design is the work of Tamara Ann, using a range of genres from bohemian to fantasy, cozy to rustic and nautical to desert (mountains). In honor of Mother Earth, driftwood, sand, pinecones, shells, stones, feathers, bark and moss bring harmony to a functional object for a one-of-a-kind handmade design.

FAQ

​How do I place a custom order?

Complete and submit the Custom Order form indicating the materials such as a mailbox, flowerpot, shelving unit and/or wallhanging with the size, colors and theme you desire. Within one week you will recieve an email reply with options to make your selections. A final comfirmation with your selections, the cost for your custom art and the approximate shipping rate requires your approval. The design takes approximately one week (once all materials are in stock). Photographs of the finished design are emailed to you for approval. Sculptured products designed for the outdoors also recieve two coats of epoxy resign top coat requiring a minimum of four additional days to cure. Finally ground shipping takes approximately 7-10 business days.

What is your return policy?

Due to the fact that all items are handmade, HipKNOTic Design only accepts refunds or exchanges on the rare occasion an item my be damaged during shipping. Buyers may ask questions, review descriptions, and look at images closely. Note, display monitors are inconsistent and may cause the colors you see on your screen to alter the image of the actual product. HipKNOTic Design strives to make the colors as accurate as possible, but screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely accurate. If in the future your item breaks, please send an email with a brief description of the damage and an image attached to HipKNOTicDesign@gmail.com. You will be notified if your item appears fixable. If so, just pay shipping to send the item back to HipKNOTic Design for repair along with the tracking number. If you prefer to fix the item yourself, feel free to contact Tamara Ann for applicable recommendations to make the repair.

How do I track my order?

The courier and tracking number will be provided with your confirmation. You may go to the courier's website to track your order.  Due to COVID 19 your shipment may endure courier delays that are both unpredictable and unavoidable at this time.

What are your delivery options?

Most items require the standard 7 - 10 business day delivery time with shipping by the United States Postal Service to your home address.  International delivery is not available at this time.

Are outdoor designs weatherproof?

Yes. Mailbox MOTIFation sculptures and functional art products are made from sturdy materials designed for the outdoors. Each product indicating it is designed for the outdoors is coated at least twice with marine grade UV protection epoxy/resin. 

Designs made for the outdoors have been tested in Michigan weather conditions with temperatures from near 100 degrees to below zero fahrenheit, heavy rain and snow storms and winds up to approximately 30 MPH. You will want to review the product description and design to determine how well the items will hold up to weather conditions in your area. Certainly all items designed for the outdoors may be displayed indoors.  ​

Do your mailboxes meet USPS Regulations?

Yes.  Each HipKNOTic Mailbox MOTIFation design is sculpted onto a medium size manufactured mailbox meeting the United States Postal Service (USPS) dimension requirements. A medium size mailbox is the most popular size to accommodate average mail delivering from letters to small packages. The medium tunnel shaped mailbox is approximately 19 inches long by 6 ½ inches wide by 8 ½ inches high.  Specific dimensions of each mailbox and the dimensions with the sculpture are provided in each Mailbox MOTIFation description. Is your site secure?

How do you store, use, share and disclose your site visitors' personal information?

HipKNOTicDesign.com is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides an online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by HipKNOTic Design LLC adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
