The urban gentrification in Kg Datuk Keramat had emerge the resilience community that used hip-hop as a representative of their marginalised experience in the area. They used the element of the hip-hop culture as an expression of resistance and power. Due to the limited resources and education, all the activities being done in enclosed and secluded area. Therefore, the Hip Hop Empowerment Center is vital to promote and educate the community as a hub for creative and resilience hip hop culture.
