We are organising the Hinxton Immunogenomics Day to build upon our local discussion group and to foster the Immunogenomics community in the UK. We cordially invite researchers with similar interests to the event to create links and instigate cross-talk between researchers. This event will provide the opportunity to exchange ideas, share experiences, and discuss best practices between scientists approaching this challenging field from different directions - single cell analyses, structure modelling, high throughput repertoire sequencing, etc.
This event will include invited talks and podium presentations selected from abstracts submitted on the broad themes. Talks from invited speakers will be interleaved with short presentations. Posters and poster-pitch talks and adequate breaks will provide opportunities to present research findings and get feedback on ongoing projects and build networks.
Registration deadline : Thursday, May 30th 2024
Spaces are limited to 40-50 people and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Please register online! There is no registration fee and we encourage early registration to help us organise this event.
This event will run from 9:15 am - 5:00 pm on Friday 14th June 2024. In discussions, we plan to include a variety of exciting topics.
Single cell immune-profiling
Peptide-MHC interaction / antigen-TCR binding
Regulation of T and B cell receptor repertoire diversity
T cell development, T cell therapies
B cell development, B cell responses to disease or vaccination, antibody characteristics.
