Who Are We?

Hints of History is run by Amanda Nies, a middle school history teacher in Houston, Texas. She holds a BA in History from the University of Oklahoma and a MA in British History from Newcastle University. As a middle and high school student, she hated history but found her love for it in undergrad. Her goal as a teacher is to help students find their own passion for the subject. She enjoys creating resources, like the readings and podcast, to share information with people all around the world..hopefully creating other lovers of history in the process!
