TERMS OF SERVICE

• By Commissioning me, you Accept my T.O.S.

• I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone in accordance with my guidelines.

• Failure to respond or pay within   6(six)   days will forfeit your slot.

Payment is done through Boosty OR Hypolink.

• Payment after basic draft.

• I only continue work on your commission after receiving full payment.

• Prices are subject to change between Commissions, all prices are ‘as listed’ when you commission me.

• No refunds (they are possible to do, but it’s a hassle. please consider what you’re spending money on BEFORE commissioning).

• I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

• I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork (your characters are still yours, etc.)

• I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.

• I reserve the right to modify any and all commissions for advertisement/promotional purposes.

• You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels WITH crediting me.

• You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, making prints for selling, etc.)

• You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.

• You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).

• You may NOT use the commissioned artwork or any component of my work for Commercial use without prior agreement, this includes but is not limited to Resale, Advertising, NFTs, etc.

• Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms.

• Claiming the artwork as your own.

• Altering the artwork without my consent.
