Alumni Talks

Finance Alumni Talks are created for Mr. Hindman's former Dover High School finance students, but anyone is welcome to attend. The speaker, Lewie Hindman, has taught personal finance at DHS for 15 years and through Kent State University for 5 years and has been a coordinator for more than a dozen groups of Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University. Lewie has a dual Master's Certificates in Personal Financial Planning through Kansas State University and The College for Financial Planning. He has also earned the APMA® designation (Accredited Portfolio Management Advisor) and maintains a Record of Completion in the IRS Annual Filing Season Program. More important than any credential, he has a passion for helping others understand their finances so that good people can be freed up to do great things!
