House Rules

1. Be kind and respectful. Let's foster a supportive atmosphere where members can connect, share knowledge, and encourage one another! If you feel someone is not following this guideline, contact them directly, not on the group list. Or you can contact Ashu ji directly. 

2. No promotion or spam. 🚫📢 Keep the focus on language learning, and avoid turning the server into an advertising platform.

3. Use your real first name as your nickname in the HU Discord and on Zoom. It helps us build genuine connections and adds a personal touch to our interactions.

4. During practice sessions, please have your camera on 📷, at least for introductions and your first few sessions. It helps us to put faces to names and forge meaningful connections with fellow learners!

5. We want to keep our community a welcoming and non-political space.  Please avoid them in the HU platform.  While we may occasionally practice debating in Hindi, the goal is to improve language skills and understand diverse perspectives, not to promote any political viewpoint. "

To protect the integrity of our community, members who repeatedly break the rules or commit a serious violation will be removed. 

Re-admission will only be considered when the member accepts responsibility for their behavior and commits to following the group’s guidelines going forward.
