I am currently a Guest Researcher at the University of Freiburg. My research lies in algebra, with emphasis on group rings, unit groups, finite group theory, and representation theory.
Previously, I served as an Institute Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Mathematics at the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee under the mentorship of Dr. Sugandha Maheshwary. My postdoctoral work has focused on structural and classification problems arising from the interaction between finite groups and their group rings.
I completed my Ph.D. at the Indian Institute of Technology Ropar under the supervision of Dr. Manju Khan. My doctoral and postdoctoral research includes the normal complement problem, unit groups over finite commutative rings, semisimple group algebras, Wedderburn decompositions, and related questions in finite group theory and representation theory.
Earlier, I studied at the University of Delhi and Multani Mal Modi College, Punjabi University.

Outside mathematics, I am interested in Vedanta, devotional music, and contemplative traditions. I also enjoy table tennis, badminton, cycling, and walking.
