Dr. Himanshu Fulara

Dr. Himanshu is a Faculty Member at the Dept. of Physics, IIT Roorkee India. Before joining IIT R, he worked as a Senior Researcher and Postdoctoral Scholar for about five years at the University of Gothenburg, Sweden. Prior to that,  he briefly worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Max Planck Institute Halle, Germany.  He obtained his Ph. D. from Thin Film Lab, IIT Delhi, India in 2014.

His current research interests include Magnetic Thin Films and Multilayers, Energy-efficient Nanoscale Devices: Spin-Torque and Spin Hall Nano-Oscillators, Micromagnetic Simulations, Brain-Inspired Computing, Magnetic skyrmions, and voltage-controlled magnetism.
