Please complete and submit our registration form before we can arrange your dog's initial walk. This process allows us to become familiar with your pet and ensures it receives the highest quality of care.


✅ Step 1: Download the registration form in PDF format and fill it out in its entirety.  

✅ Step 2: Submit the completed form using the submit button at the bottom of the PDF, send it via email to hilosbestdogwalkingservicellc@gmail.com, or deliver it in person at your convenience.  

✅ Step 3: Upon receipt of your registration form, we will contact you to confirm the details of your dog's first walk.
