The Hilo Holiday Pet Hotel will remain a small facility to insure excellent care and individual attention. We consider all pets to be our `ohana

FAQ

  • Can I schedule a tour? Yes, please call or email us to set up at time.
  • What if my pet fails the temperament evaluation? We ask that you bring your pet in for our staff to evaluate their social readiness and aggression. We will review the evaluation and discuss options with you.
  • What happens if my pet gets sick? We will contact you and your veterinarian to receive instructions.
  • Are there any requirements? We require veterinarian clearance, up to date vaccinations and heartworm medication. Bordetella is mandatory.
  • Can I bring my own food? Yes, it is best to keep their diet consistent with your home.
  • What are your office hours? Monday— Saturday from 8:00 am—3:00 pm Tours are by appointment only.
