We’re conveniently located just 15 minutes from Exeter, 20 minutes from Visalia and 30 minutes from Sequoia National Park, surrounded by open skies, rolling hills, and country calm.

· Current registration & insurance in applicant's name required

· Quiet, respectful environment

· On‑leash pets welcome

· No onsite storage available

· No open fire pits (wildfire caution area)

· Propane BBQs welcome

· Bring your own internet (Starlink works exceptionally well)

· Maximum 2 cars per site
