Application - Before moving on to the interview stage, applications must be approved.
Interview - Candidates need to perform well in a verbal interview with a Captain or above to move onto the training period.
Training - After passing their interview, candidates must complete training before beginning their probationary period.
Probationary Period - Candidates will enter a probationary period to gauge their performance after completing the application, interview, and training.
