How much does it cost to get smoke alarms?
It does not cost anything to Hillsboro Residents. We will order and install them properly at no cost to you.
What if I am not home often?
Our firefighters will schedule a time and day with you. We will always call before we come to install them.
How often should I get new smoke alarms?
You should your batteries every 6 months, and you should replace your alarms every 10 years. If you believe your alarms are dysfunctional, it is safest to renew them.
