Background:
We thoroughly examined every block within the designated study area. We implemented our model's systems architecture, and our scientific evidence is conclusive. The network efficiency in the downtown area is only 27%.
This low figure has led to unintended consequences, such as a loss of population to larger cities. The mayors of these larger cities may view this as a positive outcome. Still, they are unaware that similar issues exist in bigger downtowns, leading to an increasing drain on public resources. The inefficiency across the entire network costs the government significant amounts of money and contributes to global warming as a result of higher CO2 emissions.
