Attorney Hilliard has been serving the Greater New Orleans area since 2007. She is the managing attorney of the Hilliard Law Firm. She received her bachelor's degree from the University of New Orleans in Buisness and Urban Studies. She graduated from Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge at the top of her class.
