Guarantee
We guarantee that the plants you receive are healthy and accurately identified. If you are unhappy with your order, please reach out to us via email or phone to discuss replacement or refund options. However, we do not take responsibility for issues that are out of our control, such as weather extremes or neglect from the planter.
Placing an Order
You may place an order using the online Google Form below or mail a physical copy of the form attached at the bottom of the page. We will email you or call you to confirm that we received your order and payment. Please view the payment information below to ensure that we can process your order.
Payment Information
We take several forms of payment for shipping. You may pay via mail (check), credit card (you may mail us the Order Form (attached below) with the accurate information, or calling us and paying over the phone, as long as it is a MasterCard or Visa), or paying using Venmo (@hillcresthostas), an online payment application. We cannot process your order until we receive your payment.
Shipping and Handling
We charge a flat rate of $10 to ship. If your order is above $100, your shipping will be free!
Shipping Dates
We will process shipping orders every Monday as long as we have received payment. We will begin shipping in the spring and will continue until August. Please note we will also consider the weather when sending your plants, as we do not want to ship in extreme heat.
