Answer:
1. TikTok news account (Journalism): @compastv.indonesia
link: (https://www.tiktok.com/@kompastv.indonesia?_r=1&_t=ZS-95Yp5RAdrE8)
Because the content consists of actual news reports, the information is usually verified by the editorial team, and it follows journalistic standards and ethics.
2. YouTube commentary channel (Content Creation): @radityadika
link: (https://m.youtube.com/@radityadika)
Because the content is based on personal opinion rather than neutral news reporting, it does not go through an editorial process, it does not always follow journalistic ethics, and its main purpose is not news reporting.
3. Instagram citizen reporting account (Both): @najwashihab
(link:https://www.instagram.com/najwashihab?utm_source=ig_web_button_share_sheet&igsh=ZDNlZDc0MzIxNw==), (https://www.tiktok.com/@najwashihab?_r=1&_t=ZS-95YpKihcgn2)
She is considered a journalist because she conducts interviews, investigations, and discusses public issues based on journalistic principles. She is also a content creator because she produces digital content on YouTube and Instagram in more creative formats, such as interview clips, opinions, and short videos tailored to social media audiences.
Reflection: After learning this material, I understand that journalism is still important even in the digital era. Many people can share information, but not everyone verifies it.
I also realize that journalism is different from content creation. Journalism focuses on truth, verification, and public interest, not just views or engagement.
Overall, this material teaches me to be more critical and responsible when consuming and sharing information online.

Answer:
1. In today’s digital era, information spreads very quickly through platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X. However, not everything that goes viral can be considered journalism. Journalism follows certain principles to make sure the information is trustworthy, fair, and useful for the public. These are known as the Nine Elements of Journalism.
First is truth. Journalists must report facts honestly and accurately, and be careful with content that may be edited or manipulated. Second is loyalty to citizens, meaning that journalism should serve the public interest, not personal, political, or business interests.
Third is verification, which is the core of journalism. Information must be checked and confirmed through reliable sources before being published. Then there is independence, where journalists should remain neutral and not be influenced by outside pressures or personal bias.
Journalism also has a watchdog role, which means monitoring those in power and exposing issues that affect the public. It also acts as a public forum, giving space for people to share opinions and take part in discussions.
Another important element is making important topics interesting, so people can understand them more easily without losing the meaning. Then there is proportionality, which means avoiding exaggeration or clickbait and keeping the news balanced. Lastly, conscience, where journalists must consider ethics and the impact of what they publish.
By understanding these elements, we can be more critical when consuming information online and better distinguish between real journalism and content that is only made to attract attention.

Because of this, many people can create and share content, but not all of it follows journalistic principles. Through this assignment, I learned to analyze news content more critically by looking at elements such as verification, independence, and proportional reporting. This material also helped me understand the importance of media literacy so that we are not easily influenced by misleading information on the internet. Overall, this task improved my awareness of responsible journalism in the digital era.

This video is considered viral because it features a popular celebrity and an exciting moment that attracts a lot of attention, making people more likely to watch and share it rather than learn from it.
Jerome Polin is an Indonesian content creator known for combining educational and entertaining content on his TikTok account. He often shares videos about mathematics, studying, and his experience living in Japan, which are based on real knowledge and can be considered verified information. These types of content are useful for students and serve the public interest because they help people learn in a simple and engaging way.
At the same time, Jerome also creates viral content such as daily vlogs, challenges, and collaborations with other creators. These videos are more focused on entertainment and are designed to attract attention and reach a wider audience. Because of this, his account contains both important and informative content as well as viral content.
Overall, Jerome Polin’s TikTok account is a good example of how one platform can include both verified educational information and viral entertainment, making it both useful and engaging for viewers.
Reflection: After learning this material, I realize that not all viral content is news. Something can be popular, but it is not always important or true. News must be verified and useful for the public.
I also understand that news values help decide which events are important. In the digital era, algorithms make popular content more visible, even if it is not accurate.
Overall, this material teaches me to be more critical and careful before believing or sharing information online.
Journalism Ethics In The Digital Era
Reflection: After learning this material, I realize that journalism ethics is important not only for journalists but also for everyone who uses social media. In the digital era, anyone can share information, so we all have responsibility for what we post.
One important lesson for me is about truth and accuracy. I understand that sharing information quickly is not as important as making sure it is correct. Wrong information can cause confusion and harm others. I also learned about fairness and balance, which means we should not judge a situation from only one side.
In addition, I become more aware of hoaxes, misinformation, and deepfake content. Not all information online is true, so we need to check the source and think critically before believing it. Technology like AI can also create misleading content, so we must be more careful.
Overall, this material teaches me to be more responsible and careful when sharing information online.

MIDDLE-AGED WOMAN WITH MICROPHONE DISRUPTS AFGAN CONCERT AT GRAND INDONESIA, ESCORTED BY SECURITY
JAKARTA — A viral video circulating on TikTok and other social media platforms shows a middle-aged woman causing a public disturbance during a mini-concert by Indonesian singer Afgan. The incident took place at Grand Indonesia Mall in Jakarta, where the middle-aged woman's actions forced mall security personnel to intervene and manage the situation.
According to multiple national news reports, the middle-aged woman, who was wearing a blue top and a hijab, intentionally brought a portable loudspeaker and a microphone into the concert venue. Standing near the glass railing on an upper floor of the mall, she repeatedly shouted Afgan’s name into the microphone.
