Overview of Process

Stage 1: Discussion

Conversation about what you want and in-depth details.

Stage 2: Sketching

Will send you a preview sketch for your approval. You must state any issues you want fixed during this stage. You are given 2 free revisions, additional revisions will be charged, total of 5 revisions allowed. All previews during the process will be watermarked and with an anti AI filter on top. Once sketch is sent you must approve it or ask for revisions within 7 calendar days. Failure to communicate after 2 weeks will result in a cancelation of your commission.

Stage 3: Rendering

First payment due before this stage can begin. One (1) work in progress preview can be requested at anytime. One (1) minor revision request can be made. You may receive other work in progress previews if I have any questions that need clarification from you.

Stage 4: Final Touches

Your commission is done! You will receive a final preview that will be watermarked and with an anti AI filter on top. One (1) final minor revision request can be made. Upon receival of full payment your clean copy of the art file will be sent to you.

Terms and Conditions

• Prices are in USD currency.

• Paid through PayPal.

• Commission must be paid 50% after the sketching stage and the rest before delivery of final product.

• 2 minor revisions allowed, additional revisions $5 each - up to 5 revisions total.

• Delivery 2-6 weeks depending on complexity.

• Commercial license available: the licensee (you) pays a fee in exchange for the right to use the work for their own commercial purposes. Without this payment you agree to using the art for non commercial use (private or personal) only.

• All previews during the process will be watermarked and with an anti AI filter on top. Final product will be delivered without those protections after total payment is given.

• Feeding the art at any stage (during or after) into AI is not allowed and will result in you being blacklisted.
