Welcome to Hilal Ahl Al-Bayt. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
This policy covers the Hilal Ahl Al-Bayt application on Google Play, HUAWEI AppGallery, and the Apple App Store. Where a section applies to only one or two stores, this is stated at the beginning of that section.
The application does not require user registration to use its features, and it does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number for its core functions.
Optional Cloud Backup & Sync (Google Play and Apple App Store versions only): If you choose to enable this feature, you sign in with your Google account or with Sign in with Apple. We then process your account name and email address as provided by Google or Apple, your account identifier (Firebase User ID), and the application data you choose to sync or back up — Believer Notes, Khums records, Dhimmah (religious obligations) records, and My Deeds (tasks).
This data is stored only to sync and restore it to your own devices. It is never sold, never shared with advertisers, and never used for advertising purposes.
HUAWEI AppGallery version: This version has no sign-in and no cloud backup or sync; all data stays on your device.
The application requests access to your device's location only to determine the Qibla direction and, when required, to calculate prayer times.
Your location is processed locally on your device and is not stored, transmitted, or shared with our servers or any third party.
The application uses Firebase Storage solely to provide application content such as Quran audio files, supplications, and other audio resources.
No personal user data is uploaded, collected, or stored through Firebase Storage.
Applies to the Google Play and Apple App Store versions only.
This feature is optional and remains off until you sign in from inside the application.
Sign-in methods: Google account (Google Play and Apple App Store versions) and Sign in with Apple (Apple App Store version). Signing in with Apple creates a separate account from a Google account, with its own separate data.
Services used: Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore, both provided by Google. Data is stored on Google Cloud servers located in Europe (multi-region eur3).
What is stored: Believer Notes and the backups you create for Khums, Dhimmah, and My Deeds. Each user's data is stored under a private path tied to that user's account identifier, and security rules allow access only to the signed-in owner of that data.
What is not stored: Your PIN code for Believer Notes and Khums is never uploaded to the cloud; it stays on your device only.
Your control: You can sign out at any time, and you can permanently delete your account together with all of its cloud data from inside the application:
Believer Notes → Settings → Cloud Backup → Delete Account and Cloud Backup
Your data remains stored until you delete it or delete your account.
The application uses local notifications to remind users of prayer times, daily religious activities, note reminders, and a monthly reminder to create a backup.
These notifications are generated locally on the user's device and do not rely on cloud messaging services.
The application provides a Backup & Restore feature, including a master backup that saves Khums, Dhimmah, My Deeds, and Believer Notes into a single file.
You choose where this file is saved on your own device or in a storage location of your choice. These backup files are not uploaded to our servers.
Google Play and Apple App Store versions may additionally allow you to store these backups in your own cloud area as described in the Cloud Backup & Sync section above.
The application displays advertisements to support and maintain our services.
Advertisements are not shown during the first 24 hours (or first day, on the Apple App Store) after installation, and are removed permanently if you purchase the Remove Ads option.
Google Play version: Advertisements are delivered through Google AdMob. To serve these ads, Google and its advertising partners may collect and use data from your device, including your Advertising ID, device type and operating system, approximate location derived from your IP address, and ad interaction data such as ad views and clicks.

HUAWEI AppGallery version: Advertisements are delivered through Petal Ads (HUAWEI Ads). The application requests non-personalized advertisements only, meaning ads are not targeted based on your interests or behavior.
Huawei and its advertising partners may process information such as your Open Advertising ID (OAID), device model and operating system, approximate location derived from your IP address, and ad interaction data.

Apple App Store version: Advertisements are delivered through Google AdMob. Google and its advertising partners may collect and use data such as your device's advertising identifier (IDFA), device type and operating system, approximate location derived from your IP address, and ad interaction data such as ad views and clicks.
Before IDFA or tracking is used, iOS displays the App Tracking Transparency permission request.
You may allow or decline tracking. If you decline, the application continues to work normally and advertisements can still be displayed without using IDFA for tracking.
You can review your tracking permission from:

In all cases, advertising-related data is used to serve advertisements, measure their performance, and prevent fraud. The application itself does not collect or retain this advertising data on its own servers. Advertising partners operate under their own privacy policies.
Applies to the Google Play and Apple App Store versions only.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, a consent form may be displayed asking for your consent regarding the use of data for advertising purposes.
This form is provided through Google's certified User Messaging Platform.
You may decline consent and may change your choice later through:
App Settings → Ads → Ad Privacy Settings
HUAWEI AppGallery version: Because this version requests non-personalized advertisements only, no advertising consent form is displayed.
The application offers a single one-time Remove Ads purchase.
The application never sees or stores your payment method details. Only information necessary to recognize that the purchase was completed may be stored locally on your device.
Google Play version: Payment is processed entirely by Google Play.
HUAWEI AppGallery version: Payment is processed entirely through HUAWEI In-App Purchases (IAP). Completing a purchase may require signing in with a HUAWEI ID. Huawei handles this authentication, and the application does not receive your HUAWEI ID credentials.
Apple App Store version: Payment is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store and is tied to your Apple ID. The application does not receive your Apple ID credentials or payment details.
You can restore a previous purchase at any time using the Restore Purchases option in the application.
We are committed to protecting user privacy and applying reasonable security measures to maintain the safety and integrity of the application.
Cloud data is protected by security rules that allow each signed-in user to read and write only their own data, and it is transmitted over encrypted connections.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with the updated revision date.

تغطي هذه السياسة تطبيق «هلال أهل البيت» على متاجر Google Play وHUAWEI AppGallery وApple App Store.
وحين ينطبق قسم على متجر أو متجرين دون غيرهما، يُذكر ذلك في بداية القسم.
لا يتطلب التطبيق إنشاء حساب لاستخدام مزاياه الأساسية، ولا يجمع بيانات شخصية مثل الاسم أو البريد الإلكتروني أو رقم الهاتف لأداء وظائفه الأساسية.
النسخ السحابي والمزامنة الاختيارية – نسختا Google Play وApple App Store فقط: إذا اخترت تفعيل هذه الميزة، يمكنك تسجيل الدخول بحساب Google أو عبر «تسجيل الدخول باستخدام Apple».
عند ذلك تتم معالجة اسم الحساب والبريد الإلكتروني كما توفرهما Google أو Apple، ومعرّف الحساب في Firebase، والبيانات التي تختار مزامنتها أو نسخها احتياطيًا، مثل مفكرة المؤمن، وحساب الخمس، وقضاء الذمة، وأعمالي.

تتم معالجة الموقع محليًا على جهاز المستخدم، ولا يتم تخزينه أو إرساله أو مشاركته مع خوادمنا أو أي جهة خارجية.
يستخدم التطبيق خدمة Firebase Storage فقط لتوفير محتوى التطبيق مثل ملفات القرآن الكريم الصوتية والأدعية والموارد الصوتية الأخرى.

طرق تسجيل الدخول: حساب Google في نسختي Google Play وApple App Store، و«تسجيل الدخول باستخدام Apple» في نسخة Apple App Store.
تسجيل الدخول باستخدام Apple ينشئ حسابًا منفصلًا عن حساب Google، ولكل منهما بياناته الخاصة.
الخدمات المستخدمة: Firebase Authentication وCloud Firestore، وكلاهما مقدم من Google. وتُخزن البيانات على خوادم Google Cloud في أوروبا ضمن المنطقة المتعددة eur3.
ما الذي يُحفظ: ملاحظات مفكرة المؤمن والنسخ الاحتياطية التي تنشئها لحساب الخمس وقضاء الذمة وأعمالي.
تُحفظ بيانات كل مستخدم في مسار خاص مرتبط بمعرّف حسابه، وتسمح قواعد الأمان بالوصول إلى البيانات لصاحب الحساب المسجل فقط.
ما الذي لا يُحفظ: رمز PIN الخاص بمفكرة المؤمن وحساب الخمس لا يُرفع إلى السحابة، ويبقى على جهاز المستخدم فقط.
تحكمك ببياناتك: يمكنك تسجيل الخروج في أي وقت، كما يمكنك حذف حسابك وجميع بياناته السحابية نهائيًا من داخل التطبيق عبر:
مفكرة المؤمن ← الإعدادات ← النسخ السحابي ← حذف الحساب والنسخة السحابية
وتبقى بياناتك محفوظة إلى أن تقوم بحذفها أو حذف حسابك.
يستخدم التطبيق إشعارات محلية لتذكير المستخدم بمواقيت الصلاة والأعمال اليومية وتذكيرات الملاحظات والتذكير الشهري بإنشاء نسخة احتياطية.
يتم إنشاء هذه الإشعارات داخل جهاز المستخدم، ولا تعتمد على خدمات الإشعارات السحابية.
يوفر التطبيق ميزة النسخ الاحتياطي والاستعادة، ومنها نسخة احتياطية شاملة تحفظ حساب الخمس وقضاء الذمة وأعمالي ومفكرة المؤمن في ملف واحد.
أنت من يختار مكان حفظ هذا الملف على جهازك أو في موقع تخزين من اختيارك. ولا يتم رفع ملفات النسخ الاحتياطي هذه إلى خوادمنا.
في نسختي Google Play وApple App Store يمكنك بالإضافة إلى ذلك اختيار تخزين بعض النسخ في مساحتك السحابية الخاصة كما هو موضح في قسم «النسخ السحابي والمزامنة».
يعرض التطبيق إعلانات للمساعدة في دعم وتطوير خدماتنا.
لا تظهر الإعلانات خلال أول 24 ساعة أو اليوم الأول من تثبيت التطبيق، وتُزال نهائيًا عند شراء خيار إزالة الإعلانات.
نسخة Google Play: تُعرض الإعلانات عبر Google AdMob. وقد تقوم Google وشركاؤها الإعلانيون بمعالجة بعض المعلومات مثل معرّف الإعلانات، ونوع الجهاز، ونظام التشغيل، والموقع التقريبي المستنتج من عنوان IP، وبيانات التفاعل مع الإعلانات مثل المشاهدات والنقرات.

نلتزم بحماية خصوصية المستخدم واتخاذ إجراءات أمنية مناسبة للمحافظة على سلامة التطبيق وبيانات المستخدمين.
البيانات السحابية محمية بقواعد أمان تسمح لكل مستخدم مسجل بقراءة وكتابة بياناته الخاصة فقط، ويتم نقل البيانات عبر اتصالات مشفرة.
