当店では、店頭での即日作業対応は原則お受けできません。
必ず事前にお問い合わせください。
また、出張対応が必要な場合は別途出張費用が必要となります。
予めご了承いただきますようお願いいたします。
Sorry for inconvenience but we are not able to take care of customer's bike right then.

✅最初に店頭にて希望される作業内容を確認させていただきます
Check out your order in person at the shop.
✅基本的に預かり順の作業着手となります。混雑時はお待ちいただく場合がございます
When we have many customers' bikes to fix, you may have to wait for a while.
✅作業に必要な部品の入荷状況により、納期が延びる可能性がございます
Depending on parts arriving that is necessary for the repair, there will be the delays.
✅希少性の高い自転車の作業依頼についてはお断りさせていただく場合がございます
If we find the bike parts are rare or difficult to get, we might not accept your order.
＊作業に伴う自転車や部品の廃棄について、所定の手数料を徴収いたします
＊事故車など、スタッフの判断により修理不可とさせていただく場合もございます
*If there are damaged bikes and parts that should be disposed of, we will ask you to pay the specific charge for it.
*The bike that has gotten a damage by an accident might not be accepted to repair.
