Terms and Conditions

1. Guests must pay 50% of the fee at booking and the rest upon check-in. We accept GCash/BPI only. Pencil booking is only 8 hours.

2. Cancellation is STRICTLY PROHIBITED and NO REFUNDS.

3. Date CHANGES are allowed up to 20 days before the booking, except for calamities ( typhoon, earthquake ) or emergencies affecting the property. Management also reserves the right to cancel bookings if emergencies or calamities occur.

4. Guests are expected to maintain the property in a CLEAN and ORDERLY condition at all times. Appliances/furniture that have been MOVED MUST be RETURNED to their original positions.

5. Management shall not be held LIABLE for accidents, injuries, illness, or loss of personal valuables that may occur while on the property.

6. NO EATING inside the BEDROOMS.

7. STRICTLY NO SMOKING or VAPING in all rooms and common areas. Smoke outside or in the garage area and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

8. NO LOUD NOISES after 10PM. Be considerate to the neighborhood.

9. NO EXCESSIVE GUESTS other than those specified in the reservation.

10. CONSERVE WATER and ELECTRICITY. Ensure to TURN OFF all the LIGHTS and all the electrical appliances (TV, Air-condition) when not in use.

11. Ensure that all fabrics (linens/furniture) are FREE from STAINS during your stay. Any stains incurred will result in additional charges.

12. CLAYGO (Clean As You Go): Kindly WASH your DISHES after use and DISPOSE your TRASH in the designated trash bins. DO NOT DISCARD FOOD WASTE into the SINK.

13. ONLY SMALL PETS allowed under STRICT RULES: tick-free, no bedroom access, no furniture damage. Php 250 per pet. Damages apply.

14. BBQ Grilling is allowed only in the garage area. Use of the Villa's gas stove has a fee of Php 500, while using your own electric stove will incur a Php 300 electricity charge.

15. Guests must NOTIFY us if they pln to set up PARTY decors. Damages will incur charges.

16. SWIMMING POOL RULES

• PROPER SWIMMING ATTIRE(NOT COTTON) is REQUIRED at all times

• KINDLY SHOWER FIRST before using the pool

• NO DIVING, NO JUMPING, NO PUSHING, NO RUNNING

• NO LIFEGUARD on duty. Children must be closely supervised by an adult

• EATING is strictly PROHIBITED. ALCOHOL is NOT ALLOWED near the pool.  Any SPILLS of FOOD/TOXIC WASTE, BEVERAGES in the POOL WATER will incur charges.

• The pool WATERFALL is activated only during a SPECIFIED time, with the latest possible shut-off time being 10 PM. ( 8H stay : 1 Hour, 12H stay : 1.5 Hour, 21H stay : 3 Hours - until 10PM during night stay )

• For everyone’s safety and to protect the pool tiles, please DO NOT PLAY on the PEBBLES around the pool. Pool tile damages may be subject to fees.

• POOL LIGHTS must be ON only DURING the NIGHT. DO NOT OPEN the PUMP AREA.

17. Take note that the CARETAKER is NOT AVAILABLE 24/7.

18. A SECURITY DEPOSIT of Php 2,000 is required before check-in. This will be refunded after check-out, provided there are no issues or damages. Please see Damage Fees listed below.

The property is under CCTV SURVEILLANCE. Appropriate actions will be taken in the event of any violations of the rules and guidelines. Violations could TRIGGER the ALARM as a WARNING.

VIOLATIONS may lead to TERMINATION or CANCELLATION of your stay at the property, with NO REFUND.
