2. In-App Purchases

a. Subscription Models

Hiidea offers subscription options for enhanced functionality:

• $5.99 USD per month: This subscription provides premium access to the app for one month. The renewal price is the same.

• $59.99 USD per year: This subscription provides premium access to the app for one year. The renewal price is the same.

b. Premium User Benefits

• Unlimited access to advanced AI features for ideas enhancement.

• Unlimited voice-to-text transcription capabilities with Whisper ASR technology.

c. Free User Benefits

• Limited access to basic transcription management tools.

d. Pricing and Terms Changes

We reserve the right to change the pricing, subscription terms, or benefits associated with in-app purchases. Any changes will be communicated through the app or on our website.

3. Intellectual Property

a. Ownership

All content within the Hiidea app, including text, graphics, and code, is the property of Gustavo Silva (gustavo@450k.co) and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

b. Restrictions

You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from our app without explicit permission.

4. Use of Third-Party Technology

a. OpenAI Models

Hiidea integrates OpenAI models for text processing. While these technologies are advanced, we do not guarantee the accuracy of results. Use these features as supplementary tools, not as definitive sources for critical decisions.

b. Whisper ASR

Hiidea includes a high-performance implementation of OpenAI's Whisper ASR technology, which processes voice data locally on your device. No voice data is shared externally.

5. Privacy

Your use of the app is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and use your data.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

Hiidea is provided on an "as is" basis, without any warranties or representations. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, device damage, or third-party actions.
