Vocal Parts

You find the vocal parts here in the Vocal Parts folder or click on the song you're working on below and find your part there!

Singing Rehearsal Tips:

  • Warm up you voice - rubber b, tongue twisters, belly, chest, mask + head voice (vocal warm up tracks can be found in out vocal parts folder)

  • Highlight your part

  • Follow along with the script as you sing your vocal part - Repeat 3-5 times

  • If you are struggling with a small section, review just that small section 3 times or until you feel confident in that section. When you're ready, add it to a larger section and then the whole song

  • Sing the song with the guide vocals

  • Memorize your music - sing it while looking at your script, sing it while only glancing at the parts you don't remember, try again without your script, and when you're ready, add your staging and choreography!

  • Remember what the song is about and start to add character and meaning to your singing

  • Sing the song with the performance track! This can be tricky in the numbers with many vocal parts, but I recommend becoming familiar enough with the music that you can sing your part even without the other voices!
