* Guests must be 18 years and older to make a reservation

* ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING inside Guest rooms, Guest house and on shared hallways/corridors or in the Swimming pool

* Designated smoking areas are provided at the Bar, Terrace, or Garden/outdoors

* Quiet hours are between 12:00 AM and 9:00 AM daily.

* HIGHPOINT ISLAND VILLAS is open to the public/visitors between the hours of 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM.

ROOM OCCUPANCY IS BASED ON THE NUMBER AND TYPE OF BED/S

Maximum Occupancy is any additional Guest above the stated General Occupancy of each Room type 

AN ADDTIONAL FEE IS CHARGED FOR AN EXTRA GUEST OVER THE GENERAL OCCUPANCY. EXTRA FEES ARE BASED ON GUEST TYPE AND ROOM TYPE.(PLEASE SEE EACH ROOM TYPE FOR MORE INFO ON OCCUPANCY POLICIES)

❖ Children of all ages are welcome to stay at our property.  `All Children must be accompanied by at least one Adult guest when staying in any room`.

❖ Infants and Toddlers (0-2 years) can stay free as Extra Guests in any room.

❖ Children over the age of 12 years as Extra Guests will be charged the Standard Adult rate per night per guest.
