You Booked your Picture day , Whats Next?

BEFORE PICTURE DAY

• You will receive posters, reminders, and information regarding your school picture day!

• Please hang the posters promptly in a visible place to promote your Picture Day and help remind parents.

• You will receive an email with a PDF poster to email to your parents and post on social media!

• Before we arrive, please have the UP-TO DATE CLASS LIST ready and note any siblings of children.

• If you have more than 1 day scheduled for us, please divide the school equally into age groups - (Approx 40 students per day is ideal ) eg; 120 in attendance / 3 days = 40 students per day   or  60 in attendance / 2 days =  Day 1 : 40 students Day 2: 20 students.

• 1 Week Prior to Picture Day, please email us with all students first and last name as well as a parent contact email including any siblings for ordering purposes. 

DURING PICTURE DAY

• Photographer will show up at our agreed upon time (please allow 30 minutes for setup) and ready to make your children have fun and SMILE!

•  We are trained to take special care of the children and have worked in childcare for over 5 years , We want to make sure they are happy and comfortable during their photo shoot! 

• Before starting we will go over any special instructions with you. 

• After we are finished photographing the designated children for that day, we will ask you to check over the UP-TO DATE CLASS LIST that everyone was photographed, and the photographer will then clean up and leave. ** if we are scheduled for the next day we may possibly leave our equipment on site ***

AFTER PICTURE DAY

• 1-2 weeks after the photo shoot, we will bring back beautifully edited proofs of each child's images that include an individual online code to view their child's private online gallery , as well as instructions on how to order. *** IF THEY  ALREADY FILLED OUT THE PHOTO CARD / ORDER FORM THAT WAS GIVEN BEFORE PICTURE DAY THEY DO NOT HAVE TO PLACE ANOTHER ORDER*** 

• If we have their emails, parents will also receive an email with their private gallery link.

• Families will have roughly two weeks to place an order with free delivery to the school. Any orders placed after the posted due date will be automatically have a $10 Fee Applied.

• All orders placed prior to the due date will be delivered to the school roughly two weeks following the Order date.
