Highlands Assembly is a secular, inclusive community gathering built for the people of the Highlands. We meet weekly to reflect, connect, and support one another — without religious doctrine, pressure, or expectations.
We exist to create a space where people can:
Belong without needing to fit a mold
Grow through curiosity, reflection, and shared ideas
Care for one another in practical, meaningful ways
Serve our neighbors and strengthen our region
Inspired by the idea of community without barriers, Highlands Assembly was created as a Saturday gathering for anyone seeking connection, meaning, and support. Rooted in Appalachian warmth and hospitality, we bring people together around shared humanity rather than shared beliefs.
