Points of Clarification:

• The Board of Directors is not permitted to be involved in architectural review matters. The President may only intervene if the Architectural Review Board (ARB) is deadlocked and unable to reach a decision. For this reason, we strive to maintain an odd number of ARB members to help avoid tie votes.
  
  

• The Board of Directors is also not responsible for organizing or conducting neighborhood social events. This is why a Social Committee is necessary to plan and manage community activities.
  
  

• The Board may only share limited information regarding any ongoing legal matters in the neighborhood. Legal constraints prohibit the Board from disclosing certain details about lawsuits.
  
  

• As a private entity, the Board of Directors is subject to specific Virginia laws, which govern how it operates and communicates.
