We’re excited to welcome you and your family to the neighborhood! Whether you’re a new resident or a long-time homeowner, The Highlands at Round Hill HOA is here to support you. Our mission is two-fold:
To assist homeowners—both new and established—with any questions, concerns, or information they may need about the community.
To maintain and manage shared community assets, including open spaces and access roads, while ensuring all guidelines outlined in the Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&Rs) are upheld.
Our HOA business is managed monthly by our property manager (www.pmpbiz.com) and overseen by the HOA Board of Directors. The Board holds quarterly membership meetings, where we review financials, gather community feedback, and address any issues or concerns. We strongly encourage all homeowners to attend these meetings—they’re a great way to stay informed, get involved, and help shape the direction of our neighborhood.
In addition to the Board, the Architectural Review Board (ARB) plays a vital role in preserving the quality and visual harmony of our community. The ARB reviews design proposals and provides guidance in accordance with the standards outlined in the CC&Rs. These standards are in place to protect the long-term aesthetic and property value of our neighborhood.
