TROJANS MAKE FINALS AT THE STATE MEET

(200 Free Relay, 100 Fly, 200 Freestyle)

TROJANS SEND TWO RELAY TEAMS AND CESAR GALLAGHER (100 FLY AND 200 FREE) TO THE STATE MEET!

CLASS 6AA SECTIONS-TROJANS DROP TIME AND SEND SWIMMERS TO STATE!

TROJANS EMERGE AS CONFERENCE CHAMPS!!!

400 Free relay team breaks the Conference (and school!) record with a time of 3.18.82
The 200 Free relay team just missed a Conference record by a heart-breaking 0.02 seconds, but still manages to get the school record
Parker Johnson gives fans-in-the-stands apoplexy in his nail-biting winning final length in the 200 IM
Aidan L and Tanner take second and third in the diving competition
Cesar and Parker Scanlon go 1/2 in the 200 Free
Noah and Jacob go 1/2 in the 100 free, with Indy and Andrew taking 4/5
Clean up in the 500: the Parkers take 1/2 and Bjorn and Eliot take 3/4
Super second place finishes by Indy, Aidan A, Cesar in those races where we were up against the Fairman factor or Martin (the amazing diving breaststroker, or the amazing breaststroking diver)
Incredibly strong JV swimmers take first in the 200 medley, 200 free and 400 free relays

Did you know that the captains vote for a Swimmer of the Meet? Winners include Thomas Minner (Conference Preview), Owen Gifford (Harding Dual), Cesar Gallagher (Hopkins Dual), Indy Larsen (HumWa Dual), Parker Scanlon (Maroon and Gold), Ian Matenaer (Como Dual), Joshua Hoang (SLP Dual), Kieran Kristjanson (Johnson Dual), Everyone! (Section True Team), Tuco Dixon (Central Duel), Bjorn Birkeland (Conference), Cesar Gallagher (Sections).

The following is a message on 1/11 from Winston Tucker:

"Following a number of productive discussions between the two schools in recent weeks, we have agreed to continue our swimming and diving cooperatives for both the boys’ and girls’ teams. Highland will remain the lead school in both co-ops. We are glad to be continuing our partnership with SPA and thrilled for our swimmers and divers. We look forward to their continued success in the pool."

Our dedication to this team and its co-op was a huge factor in making this decision successful. Thank you to everyone that was committed to attending the meeting and emailing Tucker and Auran to keep this co-op together. Let's go Trojans!
