Quilts for Heros
Our current long term project is to make lap size quilts to be donated to Haywood County first responders. In 2024 quilts were donated to Haywood County EMS.
Dog and Cat Beds
Dog and Cat Beds
Dog and cat beds are provided to the Haywood County Animal Shelter. This is great way to use up scraps while helping animals feel safer.
Project Linus
Project Linus
Project Linus provides love and a sense of security, warmth and comfort to children who are seriously ill, traumatized, or otherwise in need, through the gift of new handmade quilts, blankets and afghans, lovingly created by volunteers.
Heart pillows
Heart pillows
Heart Pillows are given to patients who have undergone breast biopsies, breast, heart and lung surgery, and others who need protection from seatbelts following medical procedures.
