What should I wear to my appointment?
Your clothing remains on during your treatment. It is recommended that you wear something you are able to move in- such as as athletic gear, leggings, and loose fitting clothing. You want to avoid wearing things such as stiff jeans, skirts, or dresses. Belts, shoes, and glasses should be removed during your appointment.
How is payment processed?
Direct billing is available depending own your insurance provider. Cash, credit, cheques, and e-transfer are accepted. A receipt will be issued for you to submit to your Extended Health Benefits following each treatment.
What does a usual treatment look like?
Each treatment you receive a full assessment and treatment tailored to your body at that time. We review your symptoms, and spend the majority of the appointment hands-on. Treatment time can vary based on your needs at that time, but generally it is about 30 minutes in duration. Treatment itself is gentle, non-invasive, and feels like a deep, full body stretch.
What can I do to maintain treatment results?
Mobility is key! General range of motion is always recommended- especially activities that incorporate the whole body such as swimming, walking, yoga, and stretching. Finding an activity you enjoy and can stay consistent with is the greatest way to maintain treatment results.
You are welcome to park in the main driveway in front of the office. Please pull up to the double doors in order to leave the side laneway unobstructed.
