What type of services does High Altitude Fitness offer?

High Altitude Fitness offers a variety of services, ranging from small aesthetic repairs, to monthly Preventative Maintenance for all your equipment. Our technicians complete work for all Precor & Technogym products. HAF mainly provides commercial services for hotels, gyms, apartments, etc. If you have a unit in your home, feel free to reach out to us for more information on how we can assist you. My equipment needs to be repaired, but it's no longer under warranty! Can High Altitude Fitness still fix it?

Of course! If your unit(s) are out of warranty, we can still move forward with scheduling a service order. Please click on "Contact Us", then on "Service Order Request".

What's the difference between the "Service Order Request" Button & the "HAF Help Desk" Button?

When clicking "Service Order Request", it will take you to a Google Form where you can request an installation, repair, &/or maintenance services. The "HAF Help Desk" Button is what you would click for any questions or inquiries outside of Service Orders.
