About Hifumi

I am a doctoral student in the philosophy and ethics at Graduate School of Hokkaido University. 

My main research areas are Transformative Experience, medical decision-making, and contingency.

I was admitted to the master’s program at Hokkaido University after working as a nurse at hospitals. While I was originally interested in medical ethics, my interest now is gradually shifting to analytic philosophy and logic.
