Users may request deletion of their HIEN account and associated data by emailing:

Please include:

• The email address associated with the account

• The subject line "Account Deletion Request"

We will process deletion requests within a reasonable period.

Certain records may be retained as required by law, security, fraud prevention, or technical backup processes.
