How Far To The Beach? Are You Beach Front?
5 minute walk to the beach, more or less depending on your pace
We are not beach-front
Can We Cook?
Yes. We have outdoor kitchen, utensils and portable stove are provided, just bring your own butane
Can We Bring Outside Food?
Yes you may. But we appreciate limiting of bringing in outside food especially that of in disposable containers as we practice no use of plastics in our camp
Bringing in liquors has a corkage fee per head of 100
Do You Sell Food? Can We Dine In? Takeout?
Yes, we have a kitchen that is operating on specific days and time only especially during weekdays. But we are open from 6:30 AM until late during Saturdays and Sundays. If you are a Hide In guests, kitchen/cafe is available for you. We sell silog meals, smoothie bowls, coffee, milkshakes, and yoghurt drinks, and beers
We have an alfresco dining.
As we have mentioned above, we practice no use of plastics in our camp, we do not do take-outs, however, bringing in your own reusable containers is allowed for your take-outs
How To Commute Via Bus?
You can take a bus from victory liner (pasay, cubao, caloocan) going to Iba or Sta. Cruz Zambales but tell them you are alighting at San Felipe. But trip to Iba and Sta. Cruz is minimal, we suggest to call them or visit their page as their trip changes from time to time.
From San Felipe bus stop there are tricycle going to Liwa. Just tell them you are heading to Hide In (if they are not familiar just tell them before riverside)
Other option is taking a bus to Olongapo. As this is frequent than the first option. From Olongapo there are regular buses going to Iba or Sta. Cruz.
Do You Have Air-conditioned Room?
No we do not have.
Do You Allow Bringing In Pets?
Owners are pet-friendly but the resident dogs are not. They can be very aggressive to other dogs. So we advise not bringing in pets anymore.
Can We Do Bonfire?
Yes, for a minimal fee of 200, please do inform us upon booking so we can gather woods for fire.
Activities We Can Try?
Surfing is prominent in Liwa but subject for weather and wave forecasts for beginners. You can inquire upon arrival if there's a surf forecast.
Macrame Workshop is available but only during Tuesdays.
Other activities, such as, yoga and physical activities are available but outside the camp. We can assist you if you want to attend one.
A deposit fee amounting 500 pesos for rooms (French Door Room and Colored Shack) is required upon check-in. This is refundable upon check-out given you surrender the key and the beddings and/or towel have no damage or stains.
Please note that Liwliwa has a curfew at 12 midnight. Lights-off especially at the camp ground are to be observed during this time.
