Hidden Valley homestay is located in Village of Stakmo Leh Ladakh, Jammu and Kashmir, India

and is around 40 minutes drive ( 25 Kilometers ) from the city of Leh.

The Famous Thiksey Monastery and Rancho School is just 15 minutes drive from Hidden Valley Homestay and a visit to Thiksey monastery morning prayers is a must while staying here. From my home one can also get nice, scenic view of high mountains.

Getting around Public transport situation is generally not good in Leh and it is little hard to find public transport ( if thats what you are planning to use ) However share cabs and buses run on a regular basis from Thiksey to Leh city.

Thiksey is merely 10 minutes drive from my home. And if you are planning on having a private cab or rent out bikes, then there won’t be an issue at all.
