About Us

Who are we?

For those of you who don't know me, my name is Teresa Legal, and I am the proud owner of the Hidden Acres Farm Food Truck. I am a lifetime resident of Greene County where I reside at Hidden Acres Farm with my husband Brian and our beloved dog Annie.

I have always had a love for cooking and trying new dishes. Over the years, I have worked with several local caterers and restaurants, taking the opportunity to observe and to learn from some of the best in Mediterranean, Mexican, and American fare.

I took my time developing and slowly perfecting my own signature dishes and delicious spreads. In 2017, I began going to a local farmers market with a variety of my specialty bread and spreads as well as produce from my farm.

Since then, I have continued to use fresh, locally-sourced meats and produce in all my dishes and spreads whenever possible, and have created relationships with local farmers to do just that.

Word has spread through social media and word-of-mouth to surrounding counties, and Hidden Acres Farm Kitchen has now developed a solid following. This success has allowed me to move forward with my ultimate dream, and the Hidden Acres Farm Kitchen Food truck was born.
