The Hibiscus Coast Memorials
On each of these memorials are inscribed the names of the men who served and of those who died during the First World War, 1914 to 1918. Each name represents a person who lived, worked and played in this community.
The project aims to put "Flesh on the bones" - to tell their stories and the effect of the war on the men and their families.
With the passing of time, being absolutely certain of the accuracy of the information gathered can not be guaranteed. People viewing this website may recognise names and be able to provide more information about the men and their families.
