Program Manager
HUJI-Innovate, the Hebrew University Innovation & Entrepreneurship center is looking for a full-time Program Manager to run venture creation programs.
The Program Manager will work closely with HUJI-Innovate management to launch venture creation programs for HUJI students and faculty. As program manager, you will be managing programs, operations, relationships, content, timeline, budget, execution and evaluation.
A large part of the Program Manager responsibilities is to lead TIP 2019, an international entrepreneurship summer program, that will take place between June 30th and August 8th, 2019.
Role & Responsibility
Drive projects launch while coordinating internal and external resources for the execution of projects, ensuring that all project’s aspects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget.
Program management through the entire program life cycle – macro and micro-management, this includes:
Design program curriculums in cooperation with HUJI Innovate management.
Coordinate with speakers, workshop facilitators, mentors and plan and execute site visits.
Coordinate with the Marketing Manager to promote the programs.
Manage program application stages - recruitment and selection.
Be in charge of communication and relationships with participants
Facilitate program sessions.
Host open-to-the-public events as part of the programs.
Manage program budgets.
Measure program performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Maintain and strengthen existing relationships with Jerusalem ecosystem partners and other key players in the tech sector, including founders, investors, NGOs, Academic institutions and Government agencies.

Experience
At least 2 years of experience managing and facilitating educational or training programs.
At least 2 years of experience in a startup / high tech environment.
Knowledge of startup development methodologies (lean startup, business model canvas, design thinking, etc.)
Experience working with budgets and managing end to end projects.
