Marketing Manager

HUJI-Innovate, the Hebrew University Innovation & Entrepreneurship center is looking for a Full-Time Marketing Manager.

We are looking for highly motivated Marketing Manager to lead the center marketing efforts. The manager will work closely with HUJI Innovate management to develop and execute the center’s marketing strategy. These include: the center branding process, developing and managing the center’s marketing assets, leading marketing campaigns to generate leads to center activities and managing the marketing budget.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the HUJI-Innovate overall marketing strategy: set goals and measurable objectives and translate them into a work plan.

  • Lead the execution of marketing campaigns from start to finish, driving collaboration with stakeholders and leveraging internal processes.

  • Manage the branding, positioning and messaging of the center.

  • Develop and manage the center’s digital assets such as website, blog, podcast, social media channels, newsletter, etc.

  • Use a data-driven approach to manage campaigns to generate leads and registration for center activities (events, venture creation programs, TIP international program, conferences, etc.)

  • Create and manage the content calendar and lead the content production process

  • Develop and naintain external vendor relationships.

  • Create project budgets and timelines and manage them, ensuring everyone keeps to this timeline and stays within budget.

Skills

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, always looking for new opportunities - at the same time being highly focussed, organized, driven, and results oriented.

  • Strong project management skills including work prioritization and budget management.

  • Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails, posts and landing pages - both in Hebrew and English.

  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills, a connector, with a genuine interest in supporting the success of others.

  • An autodidact with a research orientation with strong analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.

Experience

  • Experience building marketing programs and reporting results.

  • 2+ years experience managing online marketing campaigns and creating digital content.

  • 1+ Experience working with CMS (Wordpress, Drupal, etc.)

  • Experience working with budgets and managing end to end projects.
