By subway/rail: D train to Fordham Rd-Grand Concourse, 4 train to Fordham Rd followed by transfer to the BX12/BX12-SBS towards Bay Plaza, 1 train to 207th St followed by tansfer to BX12-SBS towards Bay Plaza. The Metro-North Railroad to Fordham Rd.

From Grand Central

Take the Metro-North to 125 St, then transfer to the 4 train.  Alternatively, take the 4 train straight from Grand Central.
