I. Entry:
Your contract waiver located at the end of this form and your registration fee of $5 must be given to the coordinator before April 26th @ 2:00pm.
Make sure your name is listed on the Senior Assassins website before May 2nd @ 2:00pm (game begins May 7th @ 5:30pm). If your name isn’t there and you didn’t check before the game starts, you will NOT be able to participate. It is your responsibility to double check that your name is listed. If you do not see your name contact me through
Remind: HHSwater24 or Instagram: hhswaterassassin24
II. Weapons:
The only weapons allowed in the game are BRIGHTLY COLORED water guns. They are not supplied, so participants may purchase any type of gun as long as it’s brightly colored to indicate that it’s a water gun.
III. Safety Items:
For the first 7 days of the game being live, arm floaties, goggles, life vests, and circular tubes can be worn correctly by participants to be officially designated as “safe” and cannot be assassinated.
Goggles must be worn on a person’s eyes or forehead to be considered safe.
Arm floaties must be worn around a person’s upper arm to be considered safe.
Circular floaties must be worn around a person’s waist to be considered safe.
Life vests must be worn as the outermost layer of clothing to be considered safe.
For these first 7 days, a person can only be killed if they are caught not wearing a safety item.
A person may wear the listed safety objects at any time out in public or at a valid place of potential assassination, but none of these items will be provided through the game, so participants need to purchase them if they want to use one.
IV. Off-Limit Zones:
This is NOT a school related activity, so DO NOT bring this game to school. YOU are responsible for your own actions. With that, do not leave your water gun(s) in plain sight in your car in the school parking lot. We don’t want to give the staff or anyone any reason to be suspicious of the game on school grounds.
Absolutely NO assassinations on school grounds whatsoever, including the student parking lot or any school sanctioned events. This includes practices, games, performances, and dances. This includes events held by other schools too. As soon as your target is off any school’s property, it’s fair game.
No assassinations inside your target’s workplace. Your target becomes safe the moment they walk into their workplace. Walking through the parking lot before or after work is, however, fair game.
No assassinations inside a place your target volunteers. The parking lot before or after is, however, fair game.
No assassinations in public places of worship (Churches, temples, etc.). Be respectful. If you get in trouble, it’s your fault.
You may NOT break into your target’s home. You can shoot your target inside their homes IF AND ONLY IF a PERMANENT RESIDENT of the home INVITES you inside.
You can shoot a target through a window, screen, open door, or if they’re in their garage and the door is open.
You can shoot a target if they are in their backyard AS LONG AS the fence gate is unlocked and easily accessible. Make sure the fence gate is closed when you leave.
If the fence gate is being used to keep in a pet or small child, don’t used the fence gate or backyard at all, use common sense.
Cars must be OFF for a kill to count. You cannot be driving and a kill or be killed.
This includes if the shooter is in the car, the target is in the car, or both are in their cars.
No shooting through car windows. End of story. Regardless of whether the shooter is inside or outside the car. This includes sunroofs and trunks.
Any damage caused to cars can be reason for disqualification. Any damage caused to cars, especially the target’s, by the assassin is the assassin’s fault.
V. Trespassing:
If somebody at your target’s home/workplace/volunteer place/church tells you to leave, LEAVE. This game is not worth getting people upset or uncomfortable over. If you don’t leave, you are automatically disqualified and may face legal repercussions if authorities are contacted.
Let your parents know about the Senior Assassin Game. If they don’t know about the game and they see someone loitering outside their house with a water gun, things can go downhill.
If ANY adult tells you to leave at any time, you must do so immediately. This means completely leave the property. No hiding behind objects until the adult goes back into their house.
VI. Making an Assassination:
Initial targets will be given at the start of the game. You will be going after one other person. The winner is the last person standing.
If you try to assassinate someone else besides your target, it does not count.
When you legally assassinate someone, contact Emily Chesebro through Remind, or Instagram.
We need confirmation from both the killer and the killed. This means either both people text the coordinator, text a picture of the killer happy and the killed sad. Regardless of how it happens, we need to know who has been eliminated ASAP. Witnesses of kills or video of the kill would be a good idea.
You may get others to help with your assassination. These other people cannot make contact with the target. The actual shots must be fired by the person assigned to kill the target. Any helpers may not shoot any water guns at the targets.
The assassinations will not be reported until BOTH parties contact the coordinator. After the assassination is confirmed, the killed person’s name will be sent out so everyone knows that person is eliminated and also marked in red on the active players tab of the website. Make sure that your victim admits defeat. Let’s not make this the hardest part of the game though.
If you were assassinated and try to avoid reporting it, we will know and you will be marked as killed anyway.
Be honest and don’t argue that you weren’t killed when you were. Be a good sport and accept defeat.
Once you have killed your target, you will then inherit your target’s target. So if A’s job was to kill B and B’s job was to kill C, if A kills B then A’s new target is C.
If the target shoots the assassin before the assassin shoots the target, the target has a 6 hour immunity period where the assassin cannot legally shoot the target.
VII. Bounties:
If a person breaks a rule, they will be issued a warning. If they break another rule, they are automatically disqualified from the game and every active player will be sent a message saying that the rule breaker is a target for anybody to kill.
Note, arguing with the coordinators or going against their rulings count as the same thing.
VIII. Warning:
By signing the waiver and having your name officially listed as a player, you are agreeing to play by the rules listed in this contract and to the coordinator’s rulings. Going against any of the rules or rulings gives grounds for disqualification from the game.
The coordinator is just the organizer of the game and do not take any responsibility for actions performed by the participants.
Any activity, which goes against the stated rules and regulations on the contract, are not the responsibility of the coordinator. The coordinators are just volunteers helping you guys play this game.
Hammonton High School is not in any way affiliated with Senior Class Water Assassin. Any actions performed in this game are the responsibility of the participant and the participant alone.
Simply put: Don’t do anything stupid. Play fair, be honest, have fun.
