In our pursuit of excellence and dedication to the well-being of our students, Hasbrouck Heights School District remains committed to identifying a superintendent who will embody our district's values and lead us toward a bright future.
Following a comprehensive evaluation process of eight initial candidates narrowed down to three finalists, the Board of Education has decided to extend our search for the new superintendent. This decision, far from being taken lightly, reflects our commitment to securing a leader who not only aligns with our district’s vision but also possesses the unique qualities our community and staff have emphasized as essential.
We are grateful for the input received from all stakeholders during the earlier stages of this search. Your insights have been invaluable and have shaped our understanding of the qualities needed in our next superintendent.
To ensure continuity and stability within our district, our current interim superintendent, Mr. Michael Polizzi, has graciously agreed to extend his time at Hasbrouck Heights until the successful appointment of a new superintendent.
