WHAT IS JAPAN CLUB?

We aim to...

1. Promote a heightened awareness and understanding of the Japanese people, language and culture.
   

2. Provide a medium by which interested individuals may have an opportunity to serve their community and learn about Japan’s language, culture and history in the process.
   

3. Develop a strong relationship between the members of this club and the local Japanese-American community.
   

4. Provide an opportunity for students to develop strong interpersonal skills and pride for the great local diversity of the Asian-American community.
