安否確認システム  / Safety Confirmation System

本学のキャンパスがある地域で大規模な災害等が発生した場合に、「安否確認システム」を利用して、みなさんの安否の確認を行います。 2025年4月より、大規模災害時の本学構成員への安否確認に、「統合情報共有プラットフォーム（Unire）」を使用します。

Unireを使うことで、本学構成員は自らの安否を簡単に大学へ連絡できます。
事務担当者は、Unire上で迅速に所属する学生や教職員の安否を確認できます。

In the event of a large-scale disaster in the area where the Hokkaido University campus is located, HU will use the Safety Confirmation system to confirm your safety. From April 2025, the Hokkaido University Integrated Information Sharing Platform (Unire) will be used to confirm the safety of the University's members in the event of a major disaster.

With "Unire", members of the University can easily notify the University of their own safety.
The staff in charge of each department can quickly confirm the safety of their students and staff on "Unire".

緊急避難場所  / Emergency Evacuation Sites

札幌キャンパスでは、災害が発生した時の緊急避難場所として、「学術交流会館」、「人文・社会科学総合教育研究棟」、「高等教育推進機構」の3ヵ所を指定しています。

In our Sapporo Campus, three locations have been designated as emergency evacuation sites in the event of a disaster: the Conference Hall, the Humanities and Social Sciences Classroom Building, and the Institute for the Advancement of Higher Education.
