Hispanic Heritage Biography Project

Students in 4th-6th grade completed a video project on important Hispanic figures throughout history. Students spun the wheel to pick their person, collected information about their person's early life, professional life, fun facts, and legacy, and finally created a Powerpoint that was then turned into a video using Flipgrid!

Dot Day!

Based on the book The Dot by Peter Reynolds, Pre-K through 3rd grade students made their very own dot just like Vashti. We then used the Quiver app in class to bring our dots to life. Just like Vashti's teacher hung her dot on the wall, Multicultural Magnet and High Horizons students' work is on display outside of the library!
